eDiscovery & Litigation Support Analyst The eDiscovery & Litigation Support Analyst is a critical part of the firm’s eDiscovery Team and will provide eDiscovery and litigation technology support and assist with electronic document production and trial project management. The position will work with eDiscovery vendors, paralegals, bench attorneys, associates, partners, and other internal stakeholders. The candidate will need to interface directly with internal stakeholders and other department staff members to understand their needs in order to administer and conduct tasks accordingly. This is a non-exempt position and the annual salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience. This salary range reflects estimated base salary. Total cash compensation will be higher when factoring in overtime, year-end bonus and benefits Responsibilities:
Enter billable time entries, meeting expectation of 1400 annual billable hours
Communicate with project managers to establish and meet the end-users needs
Arrange database creation, management and troubleshooting, data import and export, eDiscovery data manipulation/conversion, imaging, electronic document production, and trial technology project management
Coordinate the development and maintenance of the Firm’s databases through the exploitation of user, technical and administrative services
Process/load incoming production sets and documents into the Firms repository in a timely manner; maps data, manipulate and convert files, uploads and migrations of single records or production sets
Provide general reporting, customized reporting and specialized search creation
Maintain extensive knowledge of Litigation Support software; promotes the sharing of leveraged knowledge and information resources across the firm through regular customer networking
Manage electronic conversion flow and identify and recommend software and/or parties responsible for conversion of such sets of electronically stored information
Anticipate case team needs and proactively provide assistance to ensure service and support expectations are met
Support a rotating weekly after-hours/weekend on call schedule
Take primary or secondary lead on e-Discovery engagements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in the legal field in eDiscovery, litigation support, paralegal, attorney or review project management
Excel / Power BI experience, a plus
VB / VBA experience, a plus
Experience with client services in a professional environment or account management in a technical environment
Platform-specific certifications such as Relativity Admin Certification, a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high demanding environment
Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to efficiently gather and process information for problem solving and troubleshooting requests from clients
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high growth atmosphere without sacrificing quality of client service
Ability to work successfully both in a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to work nights and/or weeks as work demands
This position regularly requires in office attendance during normal business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Monday to Fridays. Occasional remote work is permitted at the firms’ discretion.
